RETURNS POLICY 

Thank you for shopping with us! We take pride in creating high-quality, made-to-order prints and framed artworks tailored to your specifications. Please take a moment to review our returns policy, as it differs from standard retail items due to the custom nature of our products.

MADE TO ORDER & FRAMED PRINTS

All of our prints, including framed prints, are made to order, meaning that they are specifically created and assembled for each individual customer. Once your order is placed, production begins immediately, and we begin the process of preparing your item for shipment.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on made-to-order prints or framed prints, or for change of mind. All sales are final once the order has been confirmed and the production process has begun. 

EXCEPTIONS FOR DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

While we cannot accept returns for reasons other than damage or defects, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your order. If your print or framed artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item with the following information:

• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the damage or defect (including packaging)
• Your order number

We will work with you to either provide a replacement or a full refund for defective or damaged items once receiving photos and details within 24 hours of receiving.  

CHANGE OF MIND & IMPORTANT NOTES

As our prints and framed artworks are made specifically to order, we are unable to accept returns or cancellations due to a change of mind. We encourage you to carefully review your order details and double-check the order before confirming your purchase. Once your order is in production, we cannot make changes or cancellations. We appreciate your understanding of the made-to-order process.
