PRINT & FRAME ORDERS AUSTRALIA
- Australian shipping time frames: Metro Areas - 3-10 days WA, NT, TAS & Rural areas - 4-10 days
- We offer free standard shipping Australia wide on all unframed rolled prints.
- A signature is required on delivery. It's also important that a daytime address is provided for shipping.
- A tracking number will be sent to the email provided at checkout. Keep an eye out for your delivery updates & ETAs.
- Rolled unframed prints are ready within 1-2 weeks from your order date.
- Framed prints are ready within 2-4 weeks from order date.
PRINT ORDERS WORLDWIDE
- International shipping time frames: 6 - 27 business days
- NZ estimates 3-15 business days.
- UK estimates 6-15 business days.
- Europe estimates 7-25 business days.
- USA, CAN estimates 7-21 business days.
- We offer free standard shipping worldwide on all unframed rolled prints.
- International orders may be subject to customs / imports duties & taxes, which are payable by the recipient.
- Currently the framed option is only available in Australia and cannot be shipped internationally.
GENERAL INFO
- Unframed print orders are shipped within 1-4 business days
- No tracking of print progress is available from the PhotoLab. We'll notify you via email once your order is completed.
- All unframed print orders are shipped in a durable postal tube.
- fourbyfiver will not be held accountable for courier delays or cancellations due to a domestic or international carrier delivery being late.
- October to mid January is our peak season; please anticipate delays during this time.

CARE & HANDLING
- Fine art prints are shipped in a durable postal tube. Handle with care to prevent fingerprints and other marks and to avoid any damage to the print before being professionally framed. It is recommended that the framer handle the print to avoid any accidental damage.
RETURNS POLICY
- Change of mind: Unfortunately we cannot accept returns due to change of mind. Please choose carefully when selecting a print and frame option as each product is made to order. If you have any questions, please reach out at hello@fourbyfiver.com
- Damaged Items: In the unlikely event your print or frame arrives damaged, please take pictures and videos of the damage, as well as the packaging condition. Please then email through to hello@fourbyfiver.com along with your order number, name and a contact number.
